Appointments

To make an appointment please use our eConsult service which can be accessed under the online services tab or through the NHS app. For those patients who unable to complete the form online, please call the surgery and one of our patient navigators will complete an elite form for you. 

The doctors see their patients by appointment. Sometimes the doctor may be running late. We will inform you on your arrival if this is the case, but please remember, if one patient needs a long time, next time it could be you.

Each appointment is for 10 minutes only.  If you are running late, your appointment and therefore your time with the doctor may be cut short. In extreme cases of lateness, and for repeat offenders, you will be asked to re-book for another day.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
